Formal racing guidelines for Club Life Racing

The rules at Club Life Racing dictate driver posture and etiquette, ensuring competitive, clean, and enjoyable racing for all participants. These guidelines help prevent issues and promote a respectful environment.

Club Racing Rules and Driver Etiquette

Driver etiquette is extremely important at Club Life Racing. Respect for other racers keeps the competition fair, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. By joining our lobbies, you agree to follow these formal rules. All club members, guests, and race participants are expected to adhere to these regulations to maintain the integrity of our events. Drivers who break the rules will be penalized.

Racing Conduct

Always leave racing room for other drivers, especially in corners. If you cause another driver to spin, go off track, or lose position due to contact, you must give the position back. The only exception is if you were hit first and could not reasonably avoid the incident. Accidents happen, but repeated incidents may result in warnings and penalties.

Corner Entry and Overtaking

Do not dive into corners unless you are completely certain the move can be made cleanly without contact or forcing another driver off track. “Bump-to-pass” moves are strictly not allowed and will result in a warning. Respectful and clean overtaking is paramount for maintaining competitive integrity and driver safety.

Track Limits and Rejoining

If you leave the track, you must regain control of your vehicle before re-entering. Slow down if necessary, maintain control, and safely hold your line when returning to the racing surface. Rejoining unsafely can lead to collisions and will be penalized. Adhering to track limits ensures fair play and prevents dangerous situations.
